Homemade yeast rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1/4 c water warm, 105° - 115°
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c skim milk warm, 105° - 115°
  • 4.5 c flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water - set aside for 5 minutes
  • Mix oil, sugar, and salt in large bowl.
  • Beat eggs & milk together; add to sugar mixture.
  • Beat in 1/2 of the flour
  • Add yeast and beat in remaining flour
  • Cover and let rise in greased bowl for about 1 hour or until double.
  • Form into desired shape.
  • Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
