Baked Pesto Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken Skinless, Chicken Tenders
  • 3.5 oz pesto
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 8 oz mozzarella sliced
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash Parmesan cheese shredded
  • dash Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in dish. Spoon pesto on each chicken piece to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from oven; top with tomatoes & cheese. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
