- 2 pounds tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- pasta
Finely chop tomatoes, basil, parsley and garlic and mix with olive oil.
Cover and let flavors meld overnight or all day.
Serve over pasta
