Ingredients

  • 2 pounds tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pasta

Instructions

  • Finely chop tomatoes, basil, parsley and garlic and mix with olive oil.
  • Cover and let flavors meld overnight or all day.
  • Serve over pasta
