Ingredients

  • 16 oz velveeta cheese
  • 1 can whole tomatoes drained & chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped, fresh

Instructions

  • Combine cheese, tomatoes, salsa and spices in 1 quart microwave bowl. Cover with vented top. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 60 seconds. Stir in cilantro.
  • Serve with crispy chips and additional salsa, if desired
