Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz velveeta cheese
- 1 can whole tomatoes drained & chopped
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Combine cheese, tomatoes, salsa and spices in 1 quart microwave bowl. Cover with vented top. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 60 seconds. Stir in cilantro.
- Serve with crispy chips and additional salsa, if desired
