Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Place chicken in dish. Spoon pesto on each chicken piece to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Remove from oven; top with tomatoes & cheese. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
