Trim & slice meat into thin strips.
Stir together the marinade ingredients. Place meat and marinade into a Ziploc bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator at lease 4 hours or overnight, turning 3-4 times.
Cook the meat
Remove meat from marinade, reserve liquid. Grill meat to desired doneness, brushing with marinade a couple times.
Prep the veggies
Saute peppers & onion in 4T marinade for 3-5 minutes until crisp & tender. Dip whole green onions in marinade and lightly grill. Add tomato to pepper and onion at last minute to warm.
