Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 packet brown gravy
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 10 oz spinach chopped
- 12 oz pasta tubes
Topping
- 1 cup mozzarella grated
Instructions
- Boil pasta. Saute beef & garlic until meet is cooked through. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese for topping and pasta. Simmer while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta & mix with sauce. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish & top with cheese.
- Cover & bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes
