Jalapeno Cream Cheese Wontons

Jalapeño cream cheese filled wontons
Servings: 24 Wontons
- 24 Wonton wrappers
- 8 oz Light cream cheese
- 1/2 c Co-jack cheese shredded
- 3 Jalapenos minced
- 2 clove Garlic
- Cooking spray
- Mix together cream cheese, co-jack cheese, jalapeno and garlic in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Add about 1/2 teaspoon of the filling to the wonton wrapper. Dip your finger into water and run your finger along 2 sides of the wonton wrapper. Fold the dry edge onto the wet edge of the wonton wrapper and press the edges together. Make sure that they wontons are well sealed.
- Place in air fryer @ 400 for about 8-10 minutes. Wontons should be golden brown.
