King Ranch Casserole

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb chicken cooked, de-boned, shredded
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel tomato
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add soups and tomato. In sprayed casserole dish, layer tortillas, larer of oup mixture & layer of chicken. Repeat until all is used. Top with grated cheese.
- Bake 30-45 minutes until bubbly
