Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans drained & mashed
 - 1 tsp garlic minced
 - 1/2 jalapeno pepper chopped
 - 1/4 cup onion chopped
 - 1/2 can rotel tomato drained
 - salsa
 - green onions
 - cilantro
 
Instructions
- Saute garlic, jalapeno, onions. Add beans and salsa. Heat. Pour into bowl & top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions & cilantro
