Chili Egg Puff

Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pint cottage cheese small curd
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 oz green chilies
Instructions
- In large bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour and remaining ingredients, then stir in green chilies. Pour into 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes @ 350°
